Writing has always been the greatest treasure I’ve known. I’m proud to be a writer, and through all the difficulties I face every single time I put pen to paper (or in my case, fingers to keyboard), I am reminded of elementary school, when my greatest goal was to be a bestselling writer.
While that remains a goal (of course), I feel like my focus has shifted. I really don’t care if I make bestseller. I mean, I really wouldn’t mind at all, but as long as I know people read and love my work, that’s really all I care about.
I started releasing more content for my website recently. Not because I had to, but because I wanted to. I wanted to give more free content to all those who choose to visit my site in the hopes that my content will spark their interests. If not, I always hope they’ll take the time to leave me some constructive criticism so that I might be able to create different content in the future.
Wynx is still forthcoming, but I don’t feel it’s necessary to rush it. Though many of my fans have been asking when the book is coming out, I give them the same answer: 2012. That’s it. I do plan on having it ready before spring, but plans don’t always happen the way they’re supposed to. In any case, I intend to make 2012 my busiest year as far as releases go.
